Since 1984, we have been holding our Family Camp at the conclusion of boys’ camp, and, for many families, it has become a tradition and a highlight of their summer season. It is a great way to finish the summer and rest up prior to the school year. In addition to families who are looking simply for a relaxing holiday, we also welcome alumni returning to relive their past camp experiences and also parents interested in introducing their sons to Nominingue and their children to camp. It is a family camping experience without the hassle of setting up the tent or doing the cooking.
2025 Family Camp begins on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 20th, and ends after lunch on Sunday, August 24th. The entire camp is four nights, but you are free to choose any length of stay!

Our camp chef and kitchen staff look forward to Family Camp because it gives them an opportunity, after the boys’ camp, to show the full range of their talent. They receive “rave reviews” every summer.
The majority of our older and more experienced staff stay for Family Camp. They are eager to show you what a great place we have at Camp Nominingue and ensure that your vacation is everything you wish.
Evening snack is served before the children go to bed, and there is usually something to nibble on during the day in the Main Lodge. Soft drinks and chocolate bars are also available for purchase.
